Hi, my name is Glenn Ashby and I'm the man who runs Xtremis Web Design.

With a background of 20 years in sales and financial planning the time came when I wanted to do something different, something I actually wanted to do instead of something I had an aptitude for.

I wanted to follow a creative career but to work for myself and to hopefully go on to build a successful expanding business.

And I knew I wanted to build web sites.

So for years I trained and now I hold certifications of CIW Master Website Manager, CIW Professional and CIW Associate.

(CIW stands for Certified Internet Webmaster which is a worldwide standard for vendor-neutral Internet certification)

Specializing in compliant, accessible XHTML and CSS all of our web designs are entirely standards based for usability and speed and designed to be as customer friendly as possible.

But in the end everything in business comes down to sales and so another advantage is that with so many years earning a good living from it, I can utilize important aspects of that for you as well. Input that is all part of the service.
